Policy on Not Acting as a Mere Conduit

The Foundation for Green Future Australia is committed to ensuring that all funds and property received are applied solely towards the charitable purposes and objectives of the organisation.

The Foundation for Green Future Australia will not act as a mere conduit for the donation of money or property to other organisations, bodies, or individuals. Any decision to allocate funds or property to another organisation, body, or person will be made independently by the Foundation's governing body and in accordance with the Foundation's charitable purposes, policies, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The Foundation for Green Future Australia will not:

• accept donations on the condition that they be passed to a specific organisation, body, or individual nominated by the donor;

• act as a collection agency for tax-deductible donations intended to be transferred to another organisation, body, or individual; or

• allow donor preferences to determine or direct the allocation of charitable funds or property.

All grants, donations, and distributions made by the Foundation for Green Future Australia are assessed and approved independently to ensure they align with the Foundation's charitable objectives and governance obligations.

This policy forms part of the Foundation for Green Future Australia's acceptable practices and governance framework.
